Ex-secretaries urge govt to probe colleague's murder.

ISLAMABAD -- Former federal secretaries of information and broadcasting have urged the government to probe the North Waziristan terrorist attack in which Zubaidullah Khan, a senior officer of the information group, lost his life.

According to a statement released on Wednesday, the information secretaries met with Khawaja Ijaz Sarwar in the chair.

The meeting condemned the terrorist attack and passed a resolution calling on the government to appoint a senior police official to investigate and apprehend those responsible in the dastardly act.

Paying tributes to the services rendered by Zubaidullah Khan, the meeting termed it a great loss for the Information Group.
