Ex-PCB chief executive Subhan joins Emirates board.

LAHORE -- Former Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief executive officer Subhan Ahmed has taken up a role as an advisor at the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB).

Subhan resigned from his post at the PCB in November last year following differences with the new setup led by Ehsan Mani. He'd worked at the PCB at different posts for 25 years.

'Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) has today confirmed that Subhan Ahmed has been appointed as the Advisor to Emirates Cricket Board,' the ECB said on Twitter. 'With an illustrious cricketing pedigree, Ahmed brings over 25-years' experience with the PCB where he recently held the role of Chief Operating Officer. He has been integral to the growth of cricket in Pakistan - from semi-professional level to professional status.
