Ex-CM's principal secy seeks removal from no-fly list.

LAHORE -- Former principal secretary to the chief minister, Muhammad Khan Bhatti, has approached the Lahore High Court against the inclusion of his name in the no-fly list and also seeks details of the cases registered against him.

Bhatti, who is also believed to be a close confidant of former chief minister Parvez Elahi, pleads in his petition that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) placed him on the no-fly list purely on political grounds. The FIA did not provide him the details of cases, if...
