ISLAMABAD -- The Board of Privatisation Commission (PC) was informed on Thursday that the transactions of three public sector entities - House Building Finance Corporation (HBFC), the First Women Bank and the Jinnah Convention Centre - were in advanced stages, and expression of interests (EoIs) for these entities would be invited by mid-February.

The board approved the committees for the pre-qualification of the potential bidders. The transaction structures of these three entities have already been approved by the Cabinet Committee on Privatisation (CCoP).
