Karachi: Adamjee Insurance Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that pursuant to the provisions of Section 159 (3) of the Companies Act, 2017, the seven persons have filed with the Company the notice of their intention to offer themselves for election as Directors at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company scheduled on May 28, 2019 at Lahore.
