Education standard to be improved: DC.

TAXILA -- Deputy Commissioner (Attock) Dr Hassan Waqar Cheema on Friday said the government was committed towards providing better facilities to students studying in government schools located in far flung areas and striving to introduce academic activities with good standards.

He expressed these views during his maiden visit to various government schools of Pindigheb and Hassanabdal.

Mr Cheema visited Government Boys Elementary School Dandi, Government Girls High School Chakki and Government Girls Elementary School Sadu Shah in Pindigheb and Government Boys and Girls' Schools in Shahiya and Pour Miyana in Hassanabdal.

The schools in Pindigheb are located in remote and far flung areas about 90 kilometres away from the district. Talking to academic staff in Pindigheb, he said all out resources would be utilised to provide human resources as well as missing facilities, especially additional class rooms, laboratory and support staff facilities at the boys and girls' schools.
