ISLAMABAD -- Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry on Wednesday said that the reasons should be dug out as the positions of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) including chief election commissioner (CEC) was switched from judiciary to bureaucracy.
