DTO Bahawalpur seeks implementation of traffic rules.

BAHAWALPUR -- District Traffic Officer Bahawalpur has urged the management of gasoline stations not to provide patrol and diesel to vehicles and motorcycles, of them riders did not abide by traffic rules.

In a statement issued here, District Traffic Officer, Zahid Majeed Chaudhary said despite the orders issued by the Punjab government, a number of people neither wear helmet while driving motorcycle, nor getting side mirrors installed on their vehicles.

He said DIG (Traffic) Punjab based in Lahore had issued directives that gasoline stations should be requested not to provide fuel to motorcyclists, not wearing helmets.'If owners of gasoline stations extend their cooperation to traffic police in this...
