Dr Maha death case: Court grants bail to two accused.

KARACHI -- The City Court South on Wednesday granted bail to two accused who had earier fled from court after their bail was cancelled by court in a case related to the death of Dr Maha Shah in Karachi's Defence Housing Authority. The hearing was conducted by a Judicial Magistrate South where accused, Junaid and Waqas, surrendered themselves before court. The court granted them bail against the surety bond of Rs50,000 each. The accused were booked in case for fleeing away from the court after cancellation of bail. Both accused had escaped from the courtroom on September 21 when a sessions court revoked their interim prearrest bail. The accused had got protective bail from Sindh High Court
