Dr Amjad Saqib nominated for Noble peace prize.

Karachi -- Renowned philanthropist and social worker Dr Amjad Saqib has been nominated for Noble Prize.

Dr Amjid Saqib is founder of the country's largest interest-free microfinance programme Akhuwat. He has been nominated for Noble prize for his endeavors to alleviate poverty and his humanitarian work.

As many as 343 candidates have been nominated from across the world for Noble prize-2022. They include 251 individuals and 92 institutions.

Akhuwat Foundation Chairman Dr Amjad has said that his services are beyond such awards and they are purely for the sake of Allah.
