Doctor found murdered at home.

LAHORE -- A doctor of the Mayo Hospital was found murdered at his residence in the Defence Housing Authority here on Thursday.

Identified as Dr Masood Jillani (55), the deceased was a physician. The police inquiries suggested that unidentified attacker(s) stabbed him in his chest and the profound injuries led to his on-the-spot death.

The police teams including forensic experts isolated the crime scene and collected some evidence.

A police official said the doctor was sharing the residence along with his sister and brother-in-law and the couple was out of the house at the time of the incident.
