Dejected gang rape victim ends her life in Tharparkar.

MITHI -- A gang rape victim named Afshan Soomro was found dead at her home in village Mehran Soomro in the jurisdiction of the Kaloi Police Station of Tharparkar. The body of the deceased was handed over to her heirs after completing necessary medico legal formalities from a local area hospital. According to the details, Afshan Soomro was abducted by a few unidentified men five days ago and kidnappers after raping her left the victim at a deserted place near her village. The family members tried to register a complaint at Kaloi Police Station but officials refused to register the case against culprits. The victim in her written complaint with police stated that she was sexually abused when she was going to Hyderabad to receive official documents of the pension of her father who died few months ago.
