Degrees awarded to over 1,800 students at MAJU convocation.

KARACHI -- More than 1,800 graduates of the Muhammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU) were awarded degrees in the ninth convocation of the varsity.

Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori was the chief guest of the ceremony for students of Spring 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Sixty-four students got gold medals for the outstanding academic performance, 58 got silver, and nine got a bronze medal.

Maju Vice Chancellor and President Dr Zubair Sheikh was also present. The convocation was held after a passage of two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Speaking on the occasion, Governor Tessori said that the country would soon get ample employment opportunities.
