Defence Ministry assures conditional release of Col (retired) Inamur Rahim.

Islamabad -- Government has assured conditional release of Counsel of missing persons Colonel (retired) Inamur Rahim.

A three-member bench of Supreme Court (SC), presided over by Justice Mushir Alam took up the case pertaining to release of Counsel of missing persons for hearing on Wednesday.

During the course of hearing, defence ministry assured conditional release of Col (retired).

Attorney General informed the court that Col (retired) Inamur Rahim is ill and has taken to hospital again and again, he should submit his passport and also shouldn't go outside Rawalpindi, Islamabad'.

Attorney General further said that for release he have to submit his laptop password besides co-operation in the process of investigation.
