Daily wagers.

A LOT of lip-service and sympathy has pouring out for daily wagers from government quarters. Being a former member of the Workers Welfare Fund as an MNA, as well as a contributor to social security as a corporate body CEO, I know for sure there are not millions but tens of billions lying in their respective coffers.

What aren't these billions being utilised to pay and help the hapless daily wagers? If the government is sincere, and actually wants to do something, it should tap these monies though there will be resistance from the two government bodies that handle and utilise this money.

It is no secret that large amounts of these funds are wasted by being used in bogus schemes...
