Cynthia Ritchie withdraws petition against Rehman Malik.
ISLAMABAD -- Islamabad High Court yesterday dismissed the petition of Cynthia Dawn Ritchie against former Interior Minister Rehman Malik after it was withdrawn by the petitioner. Senator Rehman Malik had already won the case twice from the Justice of Peace referred by the Islamabad High Court. Legally no appeal can be filed against the decision of Justice of Peace. Senator Rehman Malik had also filed a writ petition in the Islamabad High Court for a counter First Information Report as per the advice of his legal team and he has also withdrawn his petition...
