CTD claims killing four terrorists near Khyber border.

PESHAWAR -- The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Saturday shot dead four terrorists in a joint intelligence-based operation (IBO) with security forces near Khyber border. According to CTD Peshawar region, the CTD, along with security forces, conducted an intelligence-based operation (IBO) near Khyber Border and killed four terrorists. The CTD also claimed to have recovered four Kalashnikovs and three hand grenades from their possession.

The CTD said that terrorists were affiliated with an outlawed organisation and wanted to security forces in multiple cases.The exchange of fire between terrorists and security forces continued for a long time, meanwhile three to four terrorists managed to escape.
