CTD arrests 11 suspects.

LAHORE -- The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) claims to have arrested 11 suspects belonging to the defunct organisations during raids carried out across the province.

A CTD spokesperson said the arrests came after several teams conducted 55 extensive intelligence-based operations in different districts of Punjab.

During operations, the CTD interrogated 56 suspects and arrested 11 of them who belonged to the various banned militant organisations, including Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Sipah-e-Sahaba.
