Court orders to register FIR against 'New MQM Leader' Javaid.

KARACHI -- Additional District and Session Judge (ADJ) Central has passed the orders to register an FIR against Javaid alias Sannata (who also claims himself as next to MQM's founder and 'current leader of the party') and directed to Station House Officer (SHO) of Police Station (PS) Jauharabad to record the statement of the petitioner. According to the orders against Sannata, in response to a petition filed by Ms Neelofar through her lawyer Jamshed Ali Advocate, the ADJ Mr Ashraf Hussain Khawaja announced in open court that matter called, both advocates of the petitioner and the accused were presented, final medical report received from concerned, kept in file, order passed, instant petition allowed, and Respondent No. 2, SHO PS Jauharabad directed to record the statement of Neelofar under Section 154 of the Criminal Procedure Code and proceed further according to law under intimation to this court.

As per the petition filed Under Section 22-A Cr.P.C., in which Neelofar stated that on dated 20-11- 2019 at about 11 o'clock night when she approached to the guardroom situated at FB Area, Block-14's New Saleemabad Colony to collect her utilities bills in routine, Javaid hold her and tried to physically abused but because of loud nosing and shouting many area residents along with her son Shahrukh gathered on the spot but due to heavy dose of liquor...
