Court grants bail to PMLN leader Kh Saad Rafique, brother.

KARACHI -- The Supreme Court of Pakistan has granted bail to PML-N leader and former Railways minister Khawaja Saad Rafique and his brother Salman Rafique in Paragon Housing scam. Khawaja brothers had moved to SC after the Lahore High Court (LHC) had rejected their bail in corruption case. The case was heard by a two-member bench of the SC, headed by Justice Maqbool Baqir. As per details, the bails approved on two surety bonds worth Rs 0.3 million each.
