Cotton arrival registers 20.2pc drop.

LAHORE -- Seed cotton equivalent to 8.565 million cotton bales reached the ginning factories across the country from February 15 till March 1, as compared to 10.741 million bales reaching the ginning factories during the same period last year (2019). According to figures shared by the Pakistan Cotton Ginners' Association (PCGA), a shortfall of 2.176 million cotton bales was recorded during the period under review, which was equivalent to a decrease of 20.26pc.
