ISLAMABAD -- Supreme Court (SC) has sought reply from NAB on bail plea of Moosa Khan alleged front man of Maulana Fazlur Rehman chief of JUI-F.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Mushir Alam took up the case for hearing Monday.
Kamran Murtaza counsel for Moosa Khan gave arguments in the court. He said that Moosa Khan is accused of recruiting his son and nephew. The allegation of corruption and accumulation of assets beyond known sources of income was also leveled against him. The case pertaining to employment of his son is pending hearing in the SC.
