Contortionist O.tsetseglen to Organize Solo Concert

Contortionists are as flexible as snake. Is that why you named the concert "Gathering of Snakes"?

Yes. Mongolians believe that if we see a gathering of snakes, we will become wealthy and lucky. Snake is symbol of contortionists and Mongolians. That's why I named the concert "Gathering of Snakes".

What's special about your concert?

Female contortionists have never organized a solo concert in Mongolia before. It is the first time that I am organizing one. My concert has two parts. In the first part, I will perform contortion with khuumii (throat singing), morin khuur, and Mongolian tradition dance. In the second part, I will do contortion with jazz music. We can do contortion with any type of music, not just traditional songs.
