SHIKARPUR -- The Consumer Protection Court in Shikarpur has initiated a response following a complaint lodged by petitioner Taher Sadiqi, issuing notices to the Drug Authority, District Health Officer, and private medical stores. The petitioner has raised concerns over the alleged practice of procuring substandard medicines based on doctor commissions and receiving valuable gifts in return. These subpar medicines are then distributed to financially disadvantaged patients, leading to adverse health consequences.
