Conference resolves to tighten security of foreigners in AJK.

MUZAFFARABAD -- A coordination conference held on Saturday resolved to strengthen measures to ensure foolproof security of foreignersin Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK)in the backdrop of the current situation in the country.

Presided over by AJK's Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Amir Ahmad Sheikh, the conference was attended by other senior officials from the AJK police as well as from the army and intelligence agencies, based in Muzaffarabad, says an official press release.

The project director of the 969-megawatt Neelum-Jhelum Hydropower Project (NJHP), ajoint venture of two Chinese firms, was also among the attendees.
