Commissioners asked to resolve problems of construction companies.

LAHORE -- Punjab Chief Secretary, Maj (R) Azam Suleman Khan on Monday directed all Commissioners to resolve issues of construction companies so that they could be able to complete their projects timely.

He was presided over a meeting to review the issues related to construction and fuel companies and peoples' problems regarding Revenue Department and said that timely completion of these private construction projects would promote economic activities in the province.

The meeting was attended by Senior Member Board of Revenue, Commissioner Lahore, Deputy Commissioner Lahore, whereas, Commissioners of other divisions joined the meeting through video conference.

Directing the officers to ensure the issuance of NOC for new petrol pumps within seven days, he said the instruction was the part of government's vision to facilitate business in the province.
