Commissioner Aijaz Ali Shah inaugurates 65th Annual Flower Show in Mirpurkhas.

MIRPURKHAS -- The Divisional Commissioner of Mirpurkhas, Syed Aijaz Ali Shah, inaugurated the 65th Annual Flower Show at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Park, Gulistan Baldia premises today. After the inauguration, he visited the flower show and the many stalls and other recreational facilities provided by the stakeholders, and fully cooperated with the Divisional and District Administration. During a ceremony and media briefing, the Divisional Commissioner stated that such flower shows and recreational facilities are a gesture from the government to the people of the city. He also noted that the government is making all-out efforts to provide basic facilities and needs to the masses through various development projects initiated in the Division and the districts. The fragrance of flowers has a profound positive effect on the human mind, which can lead to mental and physical benefits and heartfelt happiness, he added. Deputy Commissioner Zainul Abidin Memon, SSP Chaudhry Asad Ali, and other officials also spoke at the event. The Divisional Commissioner also announced the construction of a new park in Mirpurkhas, which will be open to the public every year and will host other major public entertainment programs along with the flower show.
