Cadet College to Be Established At Kandhkot: Bijarani

A cadet college would be established at Kandhkot in District Kashmore.

This was stated by the Federal Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination, Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani, here on Thursday.

He was talking to media after a briefing session held at the PIDC here in Karachi.

Bijarani informed that Prime Minister, Raja Pervez Ashraf, has accorded approval to the project.

He said that this cadet college would be quite important education project for the upper Sindh districts as well as the adjacent districts of Balochistan and would impart quality education and would play a big role towards development in these areas.

The Minister said that it was a long-time desire as well as the demand of the people of the area.

He stated that this is a big step and decision of the government of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and that the Prime Minister has approved this.

Bijarani said that this cadet college be built on an areas of 114 acres and that the land for the project has been made available. The approved cost of the project would be Rs...
