Collection of hides without NOC banned in Attock.

TAXILA -- The district administration of Attock on Sunday asked heads of charity organisations to submit applications to get a no-objection certificate (NoC) for collection of hides on Eidul Azha.

No such activity will be allowed without prior written permission. Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Zulqurnian directed the charity organisations and NGOs to submit written applications to his office for seeking permission to collect hides till June 30. He said after the deadline, no application would be entertained.

All applicants should attach a copy of previous year's NOC issued by the district administration along with the record of fund utilisation, generated after the sale of the collected hides, he added. The DC said the district administration would...
