RAWALPINDI -- A 10-member People's Liberation Army ( PLA) Medical Team led by Major General Doctor Zhou Feihu, Chief of ICU Department, PLA General Hospital, called on General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) on Tuesday.
