CM calls for using renewable resources for power generation.

QUETTA -- Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan Alyani has said that the country's problem of energy shortage can be overcome by utilising long coastal belt of the province for power generation through renewable resources.

He expressed these views during a meeting held recently to review the proposed Renewable Energy Policy 2019.

Parliamentary Secretary for Energy Mobin Khan Khilji, Chief Minister's Special Assistant Ejaz Sanjarni, Mir Umair Mohammad Hasani, Additional Chief Secretary for planning and Development Abdul Rehman Buzdar, Energy Secretary Shehryar Taj and other senior officials attended the meeting.
