KARACHI -- Special Assistant to CM Sindh on Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Syed Qasim Naveed Qamar has taken notice of the news that a terminated differently abled employee of Municipal Committee Jacobabad had attempted to commit self-immolation.
