City receives rain, turned weather pleasant.

LAHORE -- The provincial capital on Friday received moderate to heavy rain which turned weather pleasant besides providing relief to people after a heat wave.

The Met office has predicted more rain/thundershower in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Chakwal, Jhelum, Mianwali, Sargodha, Khushab, Hafizabad, M B Din, Sialkot, Narowal, Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, Jhang, TT Singh, Sahiwal, Bhakkar, Layyah, Khanewal, Okara , Bahawalnagar,Multan, DG Khan, Rajanpur, Muzaffargarh, Pak Pattan, Bahawalpur and Rahim Yar Khan during the next 24 hours.

Heavy fall and hailstorm may also occur at a few places during the period.
