City managers all set to launch Park Enclave III.

ISLAMABAD -- The city managers are all set to launch Park Enclave III on Park Road with ,6 mix sizes plots.

Earlier, in Park Enclave I and II, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) had offered only one kanal plots to make the schemes exclusively for well-off. In Park Enclave II, each plot of one kanal was sold out against a whopping price of Rs2.5 million.

However, in Park Enclave III, the CDA plans to offer 264 five-marla plots (25x5) to accommodate people from the middle and lower middle class.

According to CDA's document, the total area of the scheme is 92 kanals with 264 plots of the size 25x5, 597 plots sized 35x7, 24 plots measuring 4x8 and 76 plots measuring 5x9.The document said the residential plots had been planned on 466 kanal while commercial area on 4 kanal. Parks and playgrounds will be developed on 55 kanal, public building on kanal, and roads have been planned on 95 kanal.

The document said 35 kanals would be reserved for future use.

The CDA board has recently approved the layout plan of the scheme which will be launched in the next couple of months. The civic body on Wednesday also launched an anti-encroachment operation and retrieved a portion of the land.

'CDA conducted a massive operation in Park Enclave Extension (Park Enclave III) against a brick factory which had not vacated state land despite cancellation of lease. During the operation illegal constructions inside the brick factory were demolished,' said a statement issued by CDA.
