Christmas celebration with sanitary workers marks interfaith harmony.


Christmas celebrations at famous St. Francis Xavier Cathedral attracted a large number of families from different faiths, including Christians, Hindus and Muslims, a large number of community people, civil society, writers, young singers, performers, lawyers and media persons to celebrate the annual event together with the socially marginalized sanitary workers on Friday late night. Children, including Christians, Hindus and Muslims wore dresses of Santa Claus performed songs, traditional dance and tableaus in the auditorium, which was decorated with Christmas trees and different images.
