LAHORE -- PML-N MPA and Punjab Information Secretary Azma Zahid Bukhari has objected to the transfer of Punjab resources to the Centre at a time when the province itself is facing severe economic issues in the wake of Covid-19.

'At a time when Punjab doesn't have enough resources to resolve its own economic problems, the transfer of funds by the provincial government to the federation is tantamount to robbing the people of the province of their rights,' says Ms Bukhari.
