KARACHI -- A century opening stand between Mohammad Farooq and Arafat Afsar helped Khyber Pakhtunkhwa U-16 beat Southern Punjab U-16 by 10 wickets in PCB-Pepsi U-16 one-day tournament at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad on Wednesday. Chasing a 106-run target, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa U-16 achieved victory in the ninth over. Mohammad Farooq scored an unbeaten 71 off 33 balls and struck 11 fours and two sixes, while Arafat Asfar scored a 20-ball 28 with two fours and two sixes.
