CDA to begin work on two U-turns today.

ISLAMABAD -- The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is going to start work on the construction of two protected U-turns on Jinnah Avenue near the Blue Area flyover, at the junction of Faisal Avenue and Jinnah Avenue, today (Tuesday).

A CDA engineer said that during a meeting on Monday, CDA Chairman Amer Ali Ahmed directed the Machinery Pool Organisation (MPO) to construct the two U-turns on Jinnah Avenue to provide relief to motorists.

The MPO is CDA's own organisation, which carries out construction work with CDA's resources.

One of the U-turns will be constructed for traffic coming from the Parliament side a few meters before the Blue Area Flyover, while the second will be constructed on the opposite side to facilitate motorists coming from...
