Cases of 'enforced disappearances' on the rise, claims AWP.

HYDERABAD -- The Awami Workers Party (AWP) has expressed grave concern over increasing incidents of enforced disappearances in Sindh, stating that the situation indicates lawlessness.

In a joint statement issued here on Wednesday, AWP president Comrade Bukhshal Thallu and general secretary comrade Javed Rajpar said it appeared as if peaceful atmosphere was being purposely vitiated in Sindh.

They said the cases of enforced disappearance had increased and claimed that Aqib Chandio and Hafeez Pirzado were picked up again and their whereabouts remained unknown.
