Case against fake doctor.
MIANWALI -- On the complaint of the chief executive officer (CEO) of the Mianwali District Health Authority, the city police registered a case on Wednesday against former deputy district health officer Dr Sher Samand for fraud, forgery and forged documents.
Dr Samand presented his MBBS degree from the Kirghistan University along with a PMDC registration certificate at the time of his recruitment, which turned out to be fake in a verification process.
