WE all know well about the pathetic educational standards in Sindh. According to an estimate, about 6.6 million children are out of school in Sindh who are engaged in labour.

In Sindh, about 57 per cent of primary, 37pc middle and 15pc high schools have been suffering from a shortage of electricity. Although Rs1.5 billion is being spent on education in Sindh, there are almost 60pc schools which are not properly maintained and lack basic facilities.
