Call for peace-building efforts on the media.

LAHORE -- Practices aimed at building peace should be adopted on the mainstream as well as digital media in order to ensure harmony in the global society, says a resolution in a media conference held at the Mass Communications Department of the Lahore Garrison University.

The two-day International Media Conference (IMC-2022), titled 'Balancing the Expression: Exploring Antagonism in the World Media Ecosystem,' was held in collaboration with other universities of Punjab.

The conference aimed at providing an opportunity to researchers and media professionals to share their experiences regarding antagonism in the world media ecosystem and suggesting relevant solutions.

Retired General Ghulam Mustafa was the chief guest while the conference was presided over by VC retired Maj Gen Shahzad Sikandar.
