Building directorate collects Rs18.8m, says CDA.

ISLAMABAD -- The Building Control Directorate of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) collected Rs18.8 million in March.

A statement issued by the CDA on Monday said the revenue had been collected on account of approval of building plans, issuance of completion certificates, NOCs, commercial charges and other heads such as fines on account of non-conforming use.

It said during March, section-II of the directorate issued eight completion certificates, five building plans and NOCs and generated Rs13.1 million.

Similarly, the building section-I of the directorate approved 16 building plans, issued 14 completion certificates and also finalised 48 cases, including NOCs, commercial charges, and generated a Rs1.98 million revenue.
