Body of missing boy found in parked car.

KASUR -- The body of an eight-year-old boy, who had gone missing three days back, was found lying in a car parked at a private parking lot in Nafees Colony locality here on Tuesday.

Muhammad Boota, 8, the only son of a brick kiln worker, Ghulam Rasool, went missing on Sunday last. The boy's family after failing to trace the boy on their own informed the city police, but to no avail.

On Tuesday, locals complained of stench emanating from a private parking lot and on a closer inspection found a decomposed body lying in a parked car. On being informed, a city police team reached the spot, and recovered the body that was later identified as that of the missing boy.

A heavy police contingent arrived there along with forensic team and collected evidence and shifted the body to morgue for autopsy.

Police said it would be before time to say whether the child was abused and they were waiting for autopsy report to determine the cause of death.
