Body formed to probe death of four-year-old dog-bite victim.

DADU -- On the directives of Sindh Minister for Health Dr Azra Pachuho issued through Health Secretary Dr Zahid Abbasi, an inquiry committee was formed on Sunday to look into the causes leading to the death of a boy from dog-bite a couple of days back.

The four-year-old boy, Dost Ali Jamali, was brought to the local civil hospital on Thursday for treatment of dog-bite but the hospital management referred him to the Peoples Medical University Hospital in Nawabshah. His parents complained that they were denied an ambulance to shift their son to the hospital and were told that fuel was not available. They said some ordinary people arranged money for the fuel but considerable delayed was caused in the process. As a result, they claimed, the boy died upon reaching the Nawabshah hospital.
