Karachi -- Fauji Cement Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on February 16, 2023 at Rawalpindi. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the period ended December 31, 2022 for declaration of any entitlement has been rescheduled on February 14, 2023.

Further, the company has declared the closed period from December February 08, 2023 to February 14, 2023.
