Karachi -- Shell Pakistan Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that pursuant to the Right Issue of 107,012,331 ordinary shares announced by the Board of Directors of the Company on December 09, 2020, that all rights shares have been subscribed. Consequently, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on March 02, 2021 have allotted the same in favour of the respective subscribed.
