BLA claims responsibility for murder in Saeedabad.

KARACHI -- The banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for murdering a young man over the weekend, it emerged on Tuesday.

Police said that Noor Muhammad, 28, was shot dead near Yusuf Goth bus terminal on March 25 over some personal enmity. He originally hailed from Panjgur.

However, the BLA sent an email to the media stating that Noor Muhammad was killed for being an 'informer of security forces'.

Talking to Dawn, DIG-South Irfan Baloch said that the police had recently busted a BLA network in the same area.

He said the outlawed group had also made 'fake' claims in the past and investigations were verifying the recent one.
