BISP counters set up at free flour points.

RAWALPINDI -- Commissioner Liaquat Ali Chatha has said that for the convenience of the citizens, counters have been set up for registration under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) at free flour mega points set up on Double Road and MC parking in Liaquat Bagh.

Besides a free shuttle bus service has also been started to the BISP office Scheme III.

He said that with the support of Rawalpindi Regional Transport Authority, 14 buses have been provided for this free shuttle service and on the first day, 2500 citizens have been transported to the BISP office in Scheme III and dropped back at free flour points.

The commissioner was visiting to the mega flour points.Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi Hasan Waqar Cheema was also present on the occasion.
