BBC Urdu story published on Sunday is totally baseless & a pack of lies: ISPR.

RAWALPINDI -- Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has said that British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Urdu story published on Sunday is totally baseless and a pack of lies.

According to a statement issued by ISPR on Sunday, the typical propaganda story lacks any credible, authentic and relevant source and violates basic journalistic ethos. There is no truth in the fake story whatsoever and clearly seems part of an organised disinformation campaign. The matter is being taken up with BBC authorities.

Meanwhile the BBC has claimed that due to non-issuance of timely notification the bid to remove Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa was foiled.
